Tony Speight hand built his first coffee roaster & eventually turned from enthusiastic hobbyist to a seriously passionate artisan coffee roaster. West Cork Coffee was created in 2014, based in Innishannon, Cork. WCC roasts specialty coffee for Michelin star restaurants and artisan cafes, both in Ireland & the EU. Building upon the organic growth of the business, Tony opened the WCC Brew Bar & Barista Training School in Grey Heron in Bandon in 2021.
